PayVector has an advanced support system to ensure that our merchants always get the assistance and support they need, when they need it, in a timely and efficient manner.
PayVector has a pre-defined support path for all our merchants. In order to ensure that you receive the correct support please follow the procedures detailed below. The support methods are listed in the order in which support should be requested.
If you have a question about any of our services or wish to discuss your situation one of our dedicated sales team will be happy to have a chat and talk you through the options.
PayVector will provide free payment system support to all merchants within one hour of a request during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 GMT, excluding UK bank holidays).
